Event: 2010 RS:X WORLD WINDSURFING CHAMPIONSHIPS Venue: Kerteminde, Denmark Measurement Notice #: 1 Date: 27th August 2010 The Champion Chief Measurer reminds competitors that equipment should be in compliance with the class rules and that I may check it at any time. The following items have been observed at other events and as such should not be used for the 2010 RS:X Worlds. 1. Battens should not be covered in any additional material 2. Mast base should be able to travel the full length of the mast track 3. Mast Extensions should be the approved type (with yellow button on the bottom) 4. Foot straps should be the approved type – foot straps may not be cut or altered other than permitted by the rules 5. Sail numbers should be the correct size, spacing and in the correct position on the sail Please also ensure that you don’t have any screws loose.
